As Director of Fashion at eBay, Jemma has transformed the pre-loved category for the online marketplace, driving growth through strategic resale partnerships with brands and with consumer-centric campaigns like Love Island to champion a circular fashion movement. Before eBay, she held roles at Zalando, gaining extensive fashion retail and e-commerce experience. Known for her strategic vision, Jemma has led initiatives boosting sustainability and fashion resale, including the launch of eBay’s Circular Fashion Fund,  its Imperfects range and live shopping functionality, eBay Live. In 2022 she was named to The Vogue 25 list of the year’s most influential women, and in 2025 was recognised in the Retail Week Power 100.
